Each summer the Association hosts a one-day Leadership Forum consisting of a guest speaker presentation on a timely topic, followed by lunch and a leadership transition and planning workshop. This event is held at no-cost to FWIT members and open to nonmembers for a nominal cost.

Zelda Perez-Morales is the Senior Vice President and Director of Training for Jefferson Bank. She holds a degree in Fashion Marketing, Merchandising & Management from the Art Institute of Dallas and an Occupational Education degree from Wayland Baptist University.  She is also a Certified Corporate Trainer and Certified John Maxwell Team Speaker, Trainer, and Coach. She holds certifications and licenses to teach leadership and business building programs such as 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, the Path Course, Blueprint for Success, Hot Pursuit Journey, and the Fred Factor.  She is also licensed to administer, analyze, and coach to the DiSC, Predictive Index, and 6 Types of Working Genius profile assessments.        

Zelda’s personal mission statement is to speak, teach, and inspire authenticity in herself and others.  She has a passion for helping women with their personal and professional growth development and goals, while inspiring them to move towards living in their authentic purpose, passion, and life’s power.  Zelda is an Advisory Board member of LiftFund San Antonio Women’s Business Center, a Loss of Life Advocate and Advisory Board Member, a Walk to End Alzheimer’s Campaign Committee Member, and People Fund Mentor.
