Each summer the Association hosts a one-day Leadership Forum consisting of a guest speaker presentation on a timely topic, followed by lunch and a leadership transition and planning workshop. This event is held at no-cost to FWIT members and open to nonmembers for a nominal cost.

She holds certifications and licenses to teach leadership and business building programs such as 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth, Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, the Path Course, Blueprint for Success, Hot Pursuit Journey, and the Fred Factor. She is also licensed to administer, analyze, and coach to the DiSC, Predictive Index, and 6 Types of Working Genius profile assessments.
