Dr. Shaun H. Keel is a Lubbock native and a graduate of Texas Tech University (three times!). She has been a practicing psychologist for 31 years and in private practice for 29 years. She has focused on evaluating foster children for over 20 years. Dr. Keel created Foster*A*Life in 2004. Foster*A*Life's mission is to provide services and opportunities for children who are involved with Children's Protective Services (CPS). She is married to Carl Keel and is the mother of three adult sons.
