Each summer the Association hosts a one-day Leadership Forum consisting of a guest speaker presentation on a timely topic, followed by lunch and a leadership transition and planning workshop. This event is held at no-cost* to FWIT members in good standing and open to nonmembers for a nominal cost. The FREE registration window has passed, but members can still register through June 5th for $25 and nonmembers for $125.

Debbie is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and a certified trainer of NeuroLinguistic Programming, as well as a student of Huna. Debbie has long been an advocate for professional women leaders and emerging leaders. In 2015 she stepped onto the board of ATHENA International, a global organization committed to supporting, developing, and honoring women leaders, and currently serves as Chair of the Board.
