We can’t wait to welcome you for your shift on OCTOBER 28, 2026. Before you arrive, here’s everything you need to know to make your day smooth, fun, and impactful:

Registration – Required for Everyone

Location

Your volunteer experience will take place at our new home:

Kids’ Meals, Inc. – ExxonMobil Campus 

8790 Hammerly Blvd., Houston, TX 77080

Arrival & Orientation

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled shift and check in at our Welcome Center. You’ll sign in on our computers and enjoy a quick orientation before diving in. Once we’re ready to get to work, we’ll provide all the tools and materials you need for your task.

Parking & Carpooling

Please continue to carpool whenever possible to help us manage limited parking.

☕ Refreshments & Breaks

-Arrive a little early to grab a coffee or snack at our on-site Brown Bag Café, operated by the incredible team at Belong Kitchen. (Cashless Operation)

-Bring your favorite water bottle or cup to show off your style (or purchase your Kids’ Meals water bottle at our Welcome Center) — we have bottle-filling stations just outside the volunteer kitchen.

Personal Belongings

Lockers are available for personal items. For safety and to meet health code requirements, no bags, phones, food, or drinks are allowed inside the volunteer workspace. Instructions for locker use will be posted.
